Getting Needs Met
All of us have a basic need to feel ok about ourselves, to feel connected, loved and secure.
Q: - What do we really need to feel ok about ourselves? - Do we need the new car, the clothes, the house, the money, the relationship? - Do we need someone else to change or be right about our conditioned opinions and beliefs?
Q: How long does the feeling last when we get what we think we need before the next need or expectation arises?
Q: Are the things we think we need external or internally within our control?
Q: Where do our expectations and needs come from?
